Free running hubs

Today i'ff broken the automatic free running hubs of my MQ. What kind of manual hubs are offered for the MQ? AVM?
Patrol 2.8 '84, twin carburators, Z-car header, 280ZX cam, SPOA, ARB lockers f+r, Ramsey winch, 33" Maxxis Mudders and some rust....

dont they mq's have manual factory option to them as well.

I wouldnt go AVM they're not that strong either for the GQ or GU, I was meant to be changing my auto hubs off my gu to mannual GQ ones soon as i get a chance to do it.

yeah they do have factory ones as well

i just put manual hubs on my mk, i found them heeps cheap at the wreckers, they look the same as my mums gq manauls, so im pretty sure they are gq, but feel free to corect me if im wrong.. ;)
mq shorty, black, rust free!!, quarter chop, F&R tube bars and sliders, q78's or 33'' stt's, 4.88's with lsd waiting to be thrown in.. :D http://www.patrol4x4.com/forum/showthread.php?t=9540

They are differnt interally mate. ;)

The GQ & GU ones are the same though.
