Has anyone out there fitted a intercooler to a 75 series ute with turbo 1HZ donk.
75 series don't have much room up front for an air to air and not much room under bonnet either.
I am leaning towards air/water type as its a compact design under bonnet and they have smaller radiator.
I have heard of folks fitting the radiator under the tray back with an electric fan, how eficient would this be.
Have heard good & bad reports for these PWR barrel air/intercoolers.(that is all the denco kit is, they make out as if they manufacture it but the barrel and radiator is an off the shelf PWR part)

I know Cooma Diesel (Canberra) make an air to air front mount for the HDJ79.

It comes with a new grille which places the centre section further forward a couple of inches.

i mounted my intercooler where the radiator was and then mounted my rad off the cooler and put a shorter viscous hub of a 60 series 2h. the cooler is about 400x700 and about 55mm thick. Another mate fitted a smaller cooler off a skyline in between the rad and grille no dramas, he just had to do some cutting to fit the plumbing.
