hi guys just wanted to know if toyota surf rims will fit a 75 serise cruiser

fairly certain that the offset is wrong and the rim will foul on your calipers.

Yes..... Offsets are wrong. They will rub your calipers.

Try to keep at least one wheel on the ground at all times !!!!!! (unless you want to do a jump....... thats different)
