I'm planning on SASing my 1992 surf running bundera housing with 80 series control arms and a cross link,
I want the front end to be tight and responsive on road with a fair bit of travel ( not crazy amounts ) off road.
Standard coil overs in the new hiluxs are cheap and plentiful but i'm not sure how they work for what i want. Does anyone have any suggestions?
Cheers Joel

Aren't the factory coilover shocks a short travel set up for IFS? meaning that they would almost defeat the porpose of doing an SAS in the first place.
Maybe better off making some coilovers with 79 series coils ala Coopers Hilux. Or buy some. They're no where near as expensive as they used to be.
