I helped a mate pull apart a rear housing yesterday that he swears is a 40 series housing.. but its a salsibry and it doesnt have full floating axels...


Do the really early 40 have a salsibry diff???

No there all banjo type its just an early 'C" Clip semi floater.

Yerp that would be the one ..

we had to remove a c clip to get the axels out....

Yes they are you just cant fit an LSD in it.

i have one with a lsd sittin in my shed so you can get a lsd to suit
