Shudder when braking??

Hey my 80 series shudders big time when I brake. I spent 4hours today changing the fucken pads and rotors on the front and got back in took it for a drive and its still fucking there, what else could it be apart from the back needing a skim? really pissed off because I spent $200 on slotted rotors and new pads for the front when the rotors and pads now appear to have been fine..

What sort of tyres do you have on it, if they are big muddies with a strange wear patten then it will feel like the truck is shuddering at low speed.
