open or lsd

hi do i have to replace my lsd for a open diff to fit a locker?
toyota 4 runner v6, 3 inch suspension lift, 2 inch body lift, 33 12.5 15 muddies, front and rear lockers, snorkel, winch and winch bar, diff breathers, hot water shower ect, and continuing

Na mate. The locker will replace the LSD or open centre. Just buy the locker and fit.

Not quite right - depends what type of locker. A lockright replaces the spider gears so will only fit into an open diff. If you need to - swap the LSD into the front.
