Paj not idling.

Post by its fishi »

Hi all, need a bit of help thanks. It's a NH, 6G72.

After a couple of hour run down the freeway the Paj decides it doesn't want to hold idle revs.

Runs fine in all other respects, though the exhaust is popping a bit on the overun (could be my imagination...).

Same when cold or warm. Idles fine with the hand throttle adjusted, not missing at all.

I've checked all the connections for the afm etc. Any ideas?

TIA

hmmm thanks Miyagi.

After cleaning out the ISC motor and throttle body it was no better so I delved into the manual. Looks like there's an issue with power to the ISC.

Time to send it off to a professional.
