GU patrol stearing and fuel consumption

Post by aidannorris »

guys just a quick one, can anyone tell me if the GU 4.2 TD patrol has a problem with a vibrating stearing wheel? I have had the wheels balanced and I am running the tyres at 40psi.

also what is the average amount of kms out of the 180Ls of fuel?

Could be a few things. Have you tried putting the front on the back and see what happens. Maybe one at a time or even put your spare on to see what happens. What pattern are your tyres. Highway sand or offroad. Is the tread flat and not have feathering on the tread. If that fails, check your swivel hub bearings.
Regards.
