Ok, I have a problem that I could really use some help with. This has only started in the last few days. It has happened before but I would like to fix it once and for all (Fixed itself last time)
The problem I have is whenever I put the highbeam on the power to the injector rack vanishes causing the truck to stall. It is starting to get really annoying.
On top of that, the spotties are now not working dispite having power to them (Lightforce HID's).
Please ask any questions and I will answer tham as i don't know what is relevant.

sounds like a dodgey wire/connector to me. you can either do
1. a tug test, tug on each wire in turn to make sure all your crimps are good
2. get in there with a multimeter and try to work out what happens when headlights are turned on (second person in cab). might be losing a ground or a positive to the injector relay, or volts dropping too low ie buggered battery
3. check over wiring diagram/schematic if you have one to see any commonality between headlights and the injectors. then start looking there. would have thought only negative and positive be common
i'd agree with the earth theory, you did run spottie earth back to body not the barwork? Although odd for both not to work with that set up, is the relay pulling in?
Bit hard to diagnose off wiring from pics, trace and draw a diagram if possible.
