Most of the 2 doors had a vertical step in the middle of the floor just in front of the rear seat and wheel arches, four doors have a slope of about 45 deg.

The only 2 door which was supposed to have the 45 deg slope was the special CSK release, however a mate had a 72, 2 door with LHD with the sloped bit.
