not 100% in QLD

but is nsw

Fully removable, ie bolted in, bolt in sections

must have sun visors which means the spreader across the roof needs to be removed and visors installed for on road

if it takes up seat space that is speced into the vehicle it needs to be enginered as say a 2 seater or the rear bars need to be removed on road

can not foul on body parts

can not block the doors ie side impact bars

thats all I can think of ATM
If the above post did not offend you in any way please PM me so I can try harder!!

it is legal in queensland, but has to be engineered...

code for the conversion is LH8, ring DoT and ask em for certifiers near you then have a chat about what they'd require.

Spock

BTW Chris deBrueys is up your way, he did mine... and KCF rallysport are ticketed to engineer them, also up that way.

Could you put the visor on the rollbar, like you do with the overhead parcel shelf setups ?

In NSW front cages can no longer be engineered, due to a high number of occupent injuries the RTA will defect any front cages if they see them cause there C**TS. Ihave a six point cage and my engineer told me he wont touch front cages. He said obviously you need one but i cant engineer it. So i will have to run the gauntlet. Also my sun visers passed a blue slip being on the rollbar because the cage goes through the dash as vision is not impaired , QLD might be the same Cheers Paul.
