$350 is what I was being told not that long ago for the ATZ and MTZ's. This price didn't change much (maybe $5 either way) between about 8 difference places.

Have to watch out for dirty terminals on the fuses too. Rather annoying when obvious things like that slip out of your mind

DGA are good, but they aren't doing agreed value anymore for 4wds... Ah righto, well Just Car Insurance just gave me a quote with an agreed value of 10,000 the excess on an accident will be 600, and the yearly insurance which is fully comprehensive is 936, im pretty prepared to pay that. If anyone ...

Engine + exhaust Q ['90 TD42 Mav]

Firstly: Anyone got a part number, or a better term than 'oil cap seal' - I got a pretty bad leak from the top of the block and it's practically oozing out from the cap. Not sure if there's a specific size I'd need or such... And second.. best method of checking the noise output of ones exhaust/muff...

When I saw them in the Aldi cat ages ago I jumped online to try and find any info on them... found almost nothing :-\

Best advice I can give, is treat it like any other winch, and if it dies in the arse very quickly, then.. bad luck.

And will jump +/- 10km/h depending on whether i'm speeding up or slowing down. I seriously think there is s...

Sometimes I think the people who design rear doors think it will be carrying no weight at all, and we'll all just go out and get after market brackets and rear bars to take the weight.

Re: BP Carwash, how big a GQ will still fit?

I have a GQ LWB with 4inch susp, 2inch body lift and 33inch tyres and I went to a BP Carwash and the girl behind the counter wouldn't let me go through the carwash, she said my GQ was too big. The the same as my Mav, I can fit when I have my roof racks on (mind you they only add another 1-2".....

I'm hoping it's something like that. Given the position my 4x4 was sitting that's starting to seem like a good posibility. Even trying to snatch it out may have contributed to that. Guess I'll find out tomorrow once I have some light.

Cheers for the help so far.
