just bought a 89 courier that has had the head done up as its nearing the 1000kms since head work done i gotta re tension does anyone know the tension pattern and the torque pattern

i have had this prob with mine if your not completly stopped when you first try to change transfer case can spit out stick take off cover on floor and with a bit of dificulty you can get stick out and fix

i got a 1l maruti ute and im lucky if i can push it much over 90kph but i get around 300k out of a tank

well found out whats wrong and why box was jammed when you look down in box there is 3 rods left and right have a notched collar attached via a roll pin the right collar is broken and as such cannot select gears does anybody know if that part in a maruti 1l box is the same as the one in a suzuki 5 ...

hold that thought gutless pulled out gbox yesterday and the universal joint from the g box to tcase is completly shitted gbox may be ok.out of curiosity looking to do a power upgrade need to be able to tow a builders trailer and the 1l is flat out pulling itself what would you suggest

i've got a 1 litre 95 mariti stockman with a 4 speed box that shat itself this mornin i'm wonderin if i can adapt a 1.3l 5 speed or is it to much work to bother with and should just get another 4 speed .i've only got the weekend to do the job need the truck to get to work on monday.
