the duratraks are closer to a mt as they are a 80 off road 20 on road tyre... i got mine fairly cheap as i know a guy at beaurepaires up here in qld but even without knowing him they are around the $300 mark i believe (dont take my word though they may have gone up) , i know the bfg are quite a bit ...

i run them and have a mate run they are a great tyre. the only complain we have is they arnt too great in sloppy mud apart from that they have outperformed the old pattern Mtr's i had before hand

when you get your rear arms make sure they are longer to correct the angle on your rear pinion and the only thing i can see you may have left out is fron swaybar disconnects that is if you intend on running them that is

apart from that sounds like you will have a nice rig ... post some pic up when ...

be care with the gu's and turbo timers i heard that if you dont get the correct ones for the gu's they can stuff up your sub tank fuel pump dunno how but thats the rumour i heard i ended up goin to Opposite Lock and got a turbo timer think its BOGARD or something like that it only took 2-5 mins ...

i rate the duratracks never had a single complaint with them work great on road much quieter than my mtrs on the road and seem to handle the road really well. as for off road they have no worries with the beach dont bog down at all and out bush they are great they had me get out of the ruts really ...

nayto I think you meant that your main tank has a fuel light not the sub tank.

Mine does all the same things previously said and very normal. NO aux tank fuel light. The thing i find strange is that they dont swap over automatically when the main is out. Doesnt matter just strange.

i thought welding to the chassis was a no no?

in queensland it is a no no i cant say for the other states but i would assume they are the same .... u can try and get it certified here but unless you got big bucks to have your chassis x rayed etc u will need to bolt it on as for the one you see it ...

i have tried to fix it with running a lil 6 pack esky between seat but to no avail i ran out and still thought how can i keep driving n get ones out of the tray ...

yeah u could lift it up the 50 mm ontop of the rail but u would have to make some brackets and as for if you move it forward either wrap the exhaust in heat wrap ... but note it will eventually deterierate.. or u could put a heat sheild in some ally or something to dissapate the heat

from memory i found aprox center of the front guard then measured back 100" ...
then marking the center point of the original rear measured back to the 100" mark...
after gettin that measurement i made more markes on the original rear following the curve backwards and down ..
