Thanks guys i decided on the brit part kit cost $420 took me about 2 hours to fit just need to reset the computer for the coil now but pretty happy with the end product. Turned out to be a faulty compressor.

hey guys i have a 2000 D2 with ACE, the rear bags have failed ( we believe it is the compressor) thinking of converting it to coil rear end. Does anyone know of company which does a kit here in aussie ?

2001 disco advice on buying

Wondering what i should look out for, the car i am going to look at on sat is a 01/02 150km's and petrol auto not sure the extra's yet they want $15 grand for it not sure if that is good or bad any tips/advice would be welcome thanks in advance. :)

hey guys i have a 94 series 1 disco 3.9 i was thinking of upgrading to a 4.6, I was wondering if a 4.6 computer will connect straight onto the existing wiring loom or will i have to change the engine loom as well ?

Hey guys was wondering if anyone knows if i was to replace a 3.5 injected motor out of a 87 range with a 3.9 from a 94 disco, will the motor ecu just plug straight in or is the pin/wire configuration different ?

Cool thanks mate for the link, so it is what i thought all low range ratios are the same in all stock LT230 transfer cases. The only option to lower the low range ratio is maxi drive crawler gears at the moment ?

As Ralf said yes compression which can be allowed for by opening the cambers out a little, But the main reason is the piston Gudgeon pin height on the holden flat is a little lower on the piston then the p76 one. I have an injected 4.4 rover heads 3.9 manifold and injects with a wolf v4 computer , One thing is you will need to up your fuel rail pressure to 38 psi or they will run lean after 3200rpm. Use P76 pistons not the holden flat tops (it cost me $1800 to work this one out ) caused a triple knock at 800 ...
