Guys, I've got an 04 100s, and I know that rear air is available in some models (saharas, post dec 05 GXL's etc). Has anyone got the factory rear air installed as a retro fit option ? Here's another interesting bit of info.... Just put new rad / water pump in the old girl (61 12h-t). Got the block back flushed by a radiator mob and filled with new coolant. Well, Took the cruiser for a run from Mandurah down to Bunbury for christmas- small trailer in tow. I guess it's more a relative thing... Our limit here is 100 for towing a rig like mine. Going up north (eg. Exmouth - 1100 km away ..) has quite a few long stretches at a bit of a grade. If I can only make 90 / 100 here on the flats, then I reckon I will struggle with 70 maybe 80 on those hills ...

I have a 2t boat, and I find that I can really sit on 90, maybe 100 tops with my boat.
A mate of mine has a 13B-T and tows his similar sized boat - he easily hits 120/130.

How do others here go towing that size weight behind a 12h-t ???

P.S It's OK, but I'd rather have one running off 12v rather than the aircon...
Every time you leave the car (eg for a few hrs) it warms up again..

Now aircon / 12v switcheable would be sweet !!!!

London to a brick you've got worn starter motor contacts...

Easy (and cheap) fix too.

(After you've done the easy stuff), Pull your starter motor out and replace these.

Fairly simple (Straightfoward ) question..... the 61 Sahara (87 on ?) has a factory cooler / icee box between the two front seats. It has a three way switch on the top. Off is the middle position.

What's the difference between the switch rocked to the left ot to the right ?

I stopped the car by turning the butterfly just above the inlet manifold.
That works.

Heard the click when pushing the off button... looks like solenoid (should) be OK.
