Thank's for this usefull info.

I have loaded some but it seems that the wiring harness has a fault in the file. Won't open. Maybe you can load it again. As you mentioned, it is time consuming though. I have a 3.5L DOHC but I have seen that there are a lot of common between the 3.0L ...

That is exactly the comment from our agents. They are also a respected agent for Mercedes.

They said that in the 13 years that they have experience with Pajero, they have never encountered a gearbox problem with the Auto's. They just don't give problems. Electronics yes, but gearbox, No.

Some feedback.

By that evening, the problem was back. I tried 3 ...

I have looked into total cost of getting the 4 complete units (4.636) sent from here via airfreight to Melbourne Airport.

It seems that the cost will work out to about 1500Au$. each. (don't know about your taxes/duties)

I could not make it a proposition for myself, but if you would ...

Frank,

Should I look at only shipping the centre unit, compressor and wiring to reduce shipping weight or complete unit?

Looking at what it can sell for in OZ it might be touch and go to make it a proposition.

Hi,

My 3,5L Auto (96) has developed an intermittent problem which I previously thought was overheating. As I have installed a temp probe, I can see that the temp. is below 75degC when the problem occurs. So it was never temp.

After functioning fine, suddenly the vehicle will try to pull off in ...

Does anyone know if this locker will fit my 1996 3.5 Auto GLS.

It seems our models in South Africa are similar to the Australian models.

Our model came out only with LSD as standard on rear.
