Dirty, There are two holes already located through the top of the guard. I thought they must have been original with captive nuts below but maybe they were drilled by the previous owner? The two holes in the bottom of the 2nd hand ARB tray line up exactly with the holes in the guard. So if there are ...

GU 2nd battery tray

Hi all,

Recently purchased a 2nd hand ARB battery tray but the bolts that came with it are too small for the captive nuts in the top of the LHS wheel arch.

Does anybody know the size of the required bolts so I know what to ask for down at the nuts n bolts shop?

Thanks.

GU manual gearbox types

Hi all, Have searched and think I found relevant info but just want to double check. Series 1 GU TD4.2T has a FS5R50B gearbox doesn't it? 2.8L GU models - the FS5R30A gearbox? (And why does my Gregory's say it's a FS5930A box?) If the above info is correct, why does the FS5R50B have a smaller oil ...

I recently bought the 90-series Koni's but also got a quote on the 88-series - $500/pair front (88-1686) & $480/pair rear (88-1687). That's brand new so you might be better off buying new than paying $390/pair then $100 each to re-valve ($590/pair total). These were only for 2" lift though, but if ...

I installed one recently. I like the fact that the unit is totally tucked up under the dash out of sight and the mic plugs straight into a socket I wired into the dash. Easy to remove so can't see any radio in vehicle. Volume is adequate from below the dash.
