Are they interchangable? Can you fit a four bolt box to a RRC with a 3 bolt box?

When you re ring, would it help to run it in a little differently?

After being stuffed around by Safari Guard for a couple of months waiting for delivery we made up our own 3 link + panhard.

The two lower arms use the original chassis mounts on the rear of the arm and the rear mounts on the diff housing for the front of the arm.

nissan td42 requires an oil with a minimum 3000 ppm (parts per million) of calcium as it is a very high soot motor.

The Scorpion kit seems to have good down travel but appears to really limit uptravel.

Most people will agree that balanced wheel travel, ie: similar travel up and down and back and front of vehicle is the best set up.

Try a search here and AULRO for others are using.

If you use the Rover Tracks Toy conversion you will need to use the hubs and stub axles off the Disco 24 spline. They are shorter then the 10 spline.

We did our conversion using 10 spline diff housings and had to buy hubs and stub axles.

Jarrod, we haven't had it engineered, it is strictly a fun vehicle. Haven't wheeled it yet, still a couple of weeks away, so I cant say if it was worth doing or not, but looking at the departure angle I will say it certainly looks like it will be worth it.

Lokking at the pic of the Patrol diff it looks like you used the Nissan lower arms, is that the case? and if so did they just bolt into the Disco mounts?

It is illegal to fill any form of gas bottle that is not securely or permantly attatched without a transportation licence.
