Di, i think most competitors, like me, are annoyed at the fact these changes (and they're not all safety/insurance related) have come into force halfway through the season, with only 5 odd weeks till the next competiton. personally i wont be competing again, because my vehicle never see's the road ...

so seeing as suspension is free, why are coilovers banned outright? along with airshocks? i can understand if they're controlable from the car, like hydraulics, but they're just like any other spring i'm with willy hilux. seems the rules have been made with targetting certain competitors in mind ...

Why not make it impossible to enter. These new ones do make it pretty much impossible to enter hey....well for three quarters of the current challenge competitors anyway. if it's gonna end up being 20K, just buy a trailer and buggy, an use the v8 surf for a tow rig.

you'll end up with a more capable offroad vehicle, and a nicer road car
