if you have it hooked to the battery the unit is getting power all the time, try getting power from the ignition, so once you have turned your key it will give it power and once you turn your car off it will cut off the power, hope this helps! Hi _Mitcho_, I am referring to the remote head unit on ...

Injector Service

I am looking for a diesel mechanic who can change my injectors on Sydneys north side preferably for a TD42. Some of the well known diesel shops want up to $1200 for injectors only. Priced Hiflo's for $75 each, can't imagine more than 1 1/2 hours to replace.

Cheers

Razorback Canopy Warning

I purchased a Steel Razorback Canopy 8 weeks ago for my Hilux, I noticed that at each end of the rear tailgate door that the paint was wearing through to bare metal. I took it back to Roof Rack City in ACT, they will re-adjust the tailgate and put a clear strip seal on the tailgate , then if no ...

Where did you get the Maxxis from? The only place I can find at the moment is Bob Jane.

I was thinking of going 35 MAXXIS bighorn's, but ended up getting 33's instead. however, i am stoked with the traction and ride of them. handle great on road, and aren't that noisy. offroad and they are awesome. I paid 200 each for the 33's, and was quoted $260 for the 35's, have already done about ...

Hilux Tyre Size

Will 265x75x16 fit a non lifted 2008 hilux SR5 without fouling the steering or guards? What rim offset is recommended?

Any recommendations as to where I can get Wrangler MTR's and rims at a good price?

I beleive that this exceeds NSW RTA diameter max increase of 15mm although I may have mis read this as I was under the impression that ...

I have a Disco S1 the roof lining is starting to sag so after reading a number of posts on replacing the roof lining for around $200 I started dialling up some trimmers in Sydney metro area. So far I haven't found one that will do it under $400 and it doesn't have a sun roof. Appreciate if someone ...
