nothing fits, different clutch, bell housing, manifolds, alternator, starter motor, injection, etc,

if your going to do it you are going to have to start from scratch.

seen lots of tb42/45 with cavitation problems in the timing case found it to be quite a common problem, we have a modified water pump which we have been using for a while now and all seems to be good. the aftermarket water pump has a hand made impeller which stops alot of this cavitation (totaly dif...

birddy's 307kw was made on two different dyno's on two totally different days, the day it was tuned it only made 304 on the dyno dynamics, drove it down to auto salon and it made 307 with a different dyno operator.

check the garrett site for an intercooler not alot of people use them because they dont now that they even exist. so far they have been the best for all our aplictions (diesel or petrol)

if you don't have lots of water volume it ain't worth using because water water can't cool down quick enough.

don't even bother just put and air to air on, if you think you had a plumbing nightmare under your bonnett before just wait untill a water to air intercooler is fitted.

what is the dizzy (standard / electronic / billet ?) does it have a boost retard function in it? does the coil give out enough spark? is there to much timing in? all these are questions that need to be asked. there are lots of factors involved.

the bigger the turbo you put on the more kw you will make, it comes down to you where you want to make the power e.g where it come in and what it makes power to. no good putting a huge turbo on as it will be lagy come on boost late take a while to spool up, and not be usable power or torque.

bugger the free sevice and the sticker you only want to do it once, and the right way the first time. otherwise you may as well through you money down the drain. it'll end up costing you twice as much to do it a second time.
