Re: Are camber adjustment bolts required on OME lift?

I am looking at getting an OME lift on a Suzi GV 3 door. I've been told that camber adjustment bolts are required to get the camber perfect otherwise there might some wheel scrubbing. Without the adjustment bolts is the lift too much for the standard bolts? Are the bolts really required? I used to ...

Suzuki LWB spotted

I was driving through Mascot yesterday about 4:30pm and a Sierra LWB with a good size lift drove across in front of me through Botany road. It was light blue with a white canopy and bushwacker flares, white mags and muddies of some sort! Does anyone on here own it or know about it!!?? It looked ...

Air Shocks?

I'm thinking of putting air shocks on my Zook all round, either FOX or RACERUNNERS - does anyone here use them on every corner, because I've seen them used on the comp buggies and on the rear of some rigs, but never on all four corners of a normal (non buggy) vehicle! What are your thoughts on this ...

When I rang up Narva, they quoted the retail price of about $35 each for the sealed globe ones and to get them from Repco (Rip Every Poor C#@t Off)

I drove past a truck place which I hadn't seen before down Wollongong way and I got them for $25 each..... Nice!!! :D

The only downside to this style of light that isnt LED is that when a globe blows you have to replace the whole unit because it is sealed. Crap - I didn't realise that, so if you get the LED's and when they die can you replace them?? Narva wanted about $40 each light for the globe versions. Mmmm ...

Thanks for that James, wow $7000 a bit expensive - second hand for sure!!!

I would have to buy a pedal box as well wouldn't I?

I just wouldn't mind a auto again as I've always had autos in my last two 4WD's. It makes it easier over the tricky stuff.

Jimny Auto?

I've just bought a 91 Sierra with a G13BB engine, running what I believe is a Sierra 5-speed gearbox with a Sierra transfer case with some sort series 'Rockhopper' gears. How much trouble would it be and how expensive would it be to put a Jimny auto box in? Is it worth it? Would the Sierra transfer ...
