HJ61 Water on Passenger Floor
Think the air vents back of the bonnet have let leaf/rubbish in and filled up the drain hole and water is leaking in to the floor via the outside air vent tubes. How do U get the rubbish out or U just put a wire up the drain tube? Where does the drain tube come out underneath the vehicle. Thanks ...

Re: How long Does a Water pump last
Some 4 years ago, a mate changes his by the side of a country road, in summer with heat/flies etc a 4 hr effort, quite a bit older than me but more mechanically minded.
Take your point about the possibility of a new unit failing.

Hi Again, Just spoke to the RTA in SA I can fit the 265/70/16 providing they are only 15mm more ( diam) than the 265/75/15, and they have the same load rating ie 112. Problem is some 70/16 are 20mm more than the 75/15 which is NBG and some 75/15 are the same diam as the 75/16 according to the ...

Re: Tyre/Wheel Sizes for HJ61
Hi Ryan,
I want to go to a 265/70/16 which to me is the equivalent height to a 265/75/15, the 31/10.5/15 only has a load rating of 109 so is not any good.

Rang up a second hand engine shop re price, firm had sold a (2nd Hand 12HT motor this morning for $5,900, it seems they are sought after by 2H owners. Met an 80 series owner in Northern WA 3 weeks ago who had put a 12HT in his vehicle.

I use Valvoline Super Diesel 15w40 WITH Nulon additive "Diesel Engine Treatment " with PTFE. Also use Nulon additives in the Gearbox, Diff, Transfer case etc etc. The Nulon seems to cut down engine noise that to my mind must also cut down on wear. Other additives could be similar but I have stuck ...

It may be easier to get at. Thought the power to the WSW would be controlled by the WSW switch inside the cab.
