i got an 80 series cruiser on 35s twin locked

hi guys
i have a 92 80 series landcruiser with the 1hz engine its done 437 000 kms and i am now looking to turbo it...
i want to run about 10-12psi
my question is that what work engine wise needs to be done to cope with running this? change injectors etc etc also would i be able to run higher ...

ahaha thanks heaps cranky ! but there is only 1 pic lol i wanna see more designs.... or in a few years time every 80 will have a rear bar like yours ahaha !

ok sorry to put another one of these up but i tried searching and couldnt really find one
just need pictures of a rear bar that would suit an 80 series not really looking for a spare wheel carrier but if u have one that put it up need ideas so i can start designing one also mounting would be good as ...

Hi alarcon 93. Yep that was me. I wasn't trying anything too hard as it was the first trip in it. We came across another group a bit later and I think they were quite disapointed when I didnt attempt a particular rock ledge.

How did the older gent go inthe Disco3? Did he makeit up the rock ...

yea close to 500000 about 472000 to be exact lol ! its been serviced every 5000km so it hasnt been neglected at all
i might look to rebuild because i just wanted the extra grunt as its getting really slow now compared to my dads gu patrol running 11psi !!

HI all im new to this forum and also new to 4wding i own a toyota lancruiser 80 series, 4" lift, 33" tyres F&R lockers .
This has probably been discussed before but i was wondering wat turbo kit is best suited to it, its a 1hz motor done almost 500,000kms ???

but this will be my first 4wd so yea heard a lot about so really i wont put some lockers in for a while but what do you suggest i use??

YES!!!!!! go for it
we had a jackaroo all we did was put some silverstone all terrains on it
2" mandrel bent exhaust and 2" lift and it wen pretty much every where but if u puts some lockers it should keep up with most of the big boys
