Do you have a MK1? I had to elongate the dizzy cap holes about 1-2mm for it to screw onto the dizzy itself..

What setup did you use?

And all thats now listed in that LIST is how i completed the conversion.

I have pics of everything.

That MK1 diargram is a hard to find so thanks for posting that up!!

and Jonno... that is NOT a MK1 Distributer.

You 100% you used sierra ones. i was told by others the ports dont line up! Also they recon that the vitara headers are the ones to buy then just simply weld the gti flange on ?

I dont want to go buy a set oof headers onyl to realise the ports dont line up :(

Wanting to know what people have used for the exhaust side of things to do this conversion? What i was going to do was to get Vitara (sidekick) extractors and chop the exhaust flange off and use the gti exhaust flange? Will this work? $65 for the rotor button and dizzy cap brand new from auto1.

Rare... screw buying 2nd hand.. good luck finding one at a wrecker!

AS in my sierra motor is an astonishing 40kw.

I think its roughly $30-40 AU to get a new key..

No wreckers round here sell parts of Suzuki Sierra's however if i go soouth 3 hours.. maybe..

Id prefer a new barrel..

Well failed a blue slip and was curios to know what the issue is. Can pull the key out of the ignition whilst the car is running. Can i just pull it apart and fix it or will i need a new barrel replacement? Cant find an aftermarket company to use to replace the barrel and SUZUKI charged me $240 as t...
