Just came back from rover after wheeling with billy, man, what a truck!!!! :armsup: I would however like to see the difference a rear sway bar makes to making the front work, hey may not help at all but just courious to see if it dose make a difference. Hello, im trying to find 4.56 diff gears for the front diff on an 80 series but cannot find anyone that had them in stock. Have been told could be 2weeks before they have them and 4 at the worst. Where is worth calling to try and find some

FOUND IT! Crown wheel is missing a few teath, so there you go, what a bummer, any advice where to get 4.56 gears from?? locktup is currently out of stock and i would like to fix this asap, who else is worth talking to?

its a stock shaft, have 4" lift but never had a problem with angle before. have had the lift about 2 and a bit years now

ok thanks for that photo, helped to show what i was looking for, ran up the the ute and had a look at mine and the are straight, no twists at all, is it possible that it could have twisted the input shaft splines?

How did you check your wheel alignment? . i measured the distance been the wheels mid way up at the back and at the front. distance is the same. $50-$100 is a bit of dollars to be doing it every time you go out, and seeing as it dosent usually do this (and this trip wasnt even as hard as usual ...

i went out for a drive last weekend, on my way home i noticed that my steering wheel now is down about 45 degrees to the left. i checked wheel bearing, wheel alignment and they are all fine, tyre preasure is all normal as well, i checked drag links and tie rods and they are not bent and king pins ...

it my be leaking from the filler necks, where the duel neck filler connects to a rubber pipes they can split and leak, have heard of a few people having a similar problem.

that was my thought, the fule pump has a feed to the pump and from the pump back to the tank, amybe if could be syphoning back via that....

i looks like it mif=ght be short but it has to be shimed up as pre mentioned. with mine they solid specers where way to long and had to be trimed up. it is possible they have sent the wrong one, but im sure a phone call to ask them should solve this problem. they are very helpful.
