looking to build a ln106 and have a r151 box and a dellow adaptor to suit a commodore v6 , but... plans are to use a supercharged v6?
will it bolt up the same ??

im currently assisting a mate out in a conversion 2jz into a 94 hilux (loves turbos)
id like to know what would be the best box to run behind it and what bellhousing is needed , it is a 4wd but its going to be more of a road car

im looking into doing a 5l conversion on my 80 and im curious about what the differences are between the 60series 5sp and the early 80 series 5sp
it would be good if they are the same bolt patten as then i can get a bellhousing cheap, and is the 40 series 4sp different again?

who would be the best to talk to to get a car moved from brizzy to vic

ive just got a 90 mod dx petrol 80 and i was thinking of what would be a good option for it it has a new 5 speed and heavy duty clutch so what would be a good donk to adapt to that

god its hard to thing of a different way of buildung a 40 after seeing all thease cool rigs its very impressive

i think that will be the plan as im not too keen on running the tank at the back as its gonna hit the ground alot

but again for the like minded as myself , it cost me 4k roughly to do my front end properly with a 60 series diff and it will end up being around the 2 mark for the rear after its finished and ticked off in the engineers book what i cant see is why cant i put a surf tank where the hilux tank goes , ...

its really the difference between a 2 stroke and a 4 stroke , if you plan on running a huge turbo on a 3rz it will be un usable i think , thats why im getting rid of my 3rz

the catch is if you want to get it engineered or not ,
if your are going to do it properly then you need to do alot more homework as i think snake racing is the only shop that has dot approval
im not premoting them but , its just what ive come across

a lot of people just wind the taution bars up a bittle bit , my nahbour did this and put 31 bf's on and it looks heaps better and he has done over 100.000kms without a problem

who installed the lock right? sound to me like the pinion nut wanst punched and there was no locktight used
seems strange to me

neally everything , im no landcruiser man but a can tell ya there wider weaker , have bigger brakes so they wont take a 15" rim and they changed the stud pattern to a 5 stud
i think the center is simular though
