I'm no expert, and I may be wrong but.......you can go to an twin piston caliper on the front and change to discs on the rear. While you're at it change to slotted discs too. My understanding is you can only tow what the car itself is rated to or the strength of towing system whichever is LOWER. What you cam actually tow I believe is determined by weight of vehicle, braking system on vehicle ie abs. I may be.wrong on.the last point though.

got a bit of a tricky one here,all the info ive found for the gq's say they are rated to tow 2500kgs,but haymen reece produce a tow bar to suit this car that is good for 2800 kgs,so does this meen i can legally tow 2800kg????
