why doesnt nissan just keep the GQ body and put the 4.2 diesel (and turbo) and 4.8 petrols in em?? those engines all go awesome and the GQ's look way better than this spaced out heap of shit!!! i say every nissan owner in Australia calls em up and tells em to put a real car together again!!

Swapping locking hubs or entire axel?

Hi, I have a 1985 SWB patrol. The locking hubs are leaking. I have an 83 patrol that I pulled the motor out of where I can get another set from. Would it be easier to swap the hubs or just do the entire axle? Would there be any difference between the two models in this area?

I had the same problem! Pulled the tacho wires off my turbo motor but it doesnt fit in the hole on the non-turbo!!:(
so its not really worth getting a after-market one??
