Code of pratice ussally means it is only a guide line. It seems to me that the state RTA's will still have the last say which could mean in theroy nothing will change. years ago i used to teach scuba diving when a code of pratice was brought in and it had very little affect to how the sport/industry ...

Super Swampers are not designed to be use as DD tyres. They will suffer excessive wear have little stablity at speed and are not legal for road use as they are not speed or load rated and therefore do not meet A.S.

As for a hard core off road tyre they are one af the best.

The first tyre is what’s call Biased Belted. What this means is the body plies are at an angle so they cross over each other. Rags or cross ply tyres share this type of construction eg simex/ most swampers this make for a very ...

I have worked in the tyre industry for a long time and I can tell you that cooper are one of the best tyres out there and can generally stand up to lot more punishment than most other brands and are very good with claims . They will claim things that no other tyre company would consider claiming and ...

read the fine print. i don't know of a warranty where the manurfacture or retailer needs to pay freight most say the end user is the one that has to pay. but most retailers will pay out of good faith.

Most tyre failures happen due to 2 reasons, not weather they are a retread or new tyre. Reason 1 is overloading and reason 2 is low pressures. Both of these have the same effect on the tyre which is to over heat it. If this heat builds to high a new tyre will separate as easy as a retread. As a ...

The best thing about the wacoe is price i brought a 70l for the same price as what a 40l engle would cost.

an important point to remember is that swampers are not a road legal tyre any where in australia as they have no speed or load rating. Claws and simex are rated so can lawfully be driven on the road. The reason the claw does not flex as well as the swamper is that ithas been renforced with a belt so ...
