Pulling out a GU transfer

Hey guys just wanted to know whats involved pulling the transfer case out. doesnt look like there is much to it but i thought i would ask for some advise from anyone who has done it before attempting myself...

found out today that its the main tank that is draining into the LRA aux in the rear and when its full it over flows out the filler, should there be a one way valve or something between the main and aux to stop this as this seems quite unusual...

yes it is definetly LRA, and sorry fuel is coming out the filler area, but also beleive that it gravity fills the main tank aswell, i wouldnt of thought that it should do this. i will get more info off my friend tomorrow and post it on here. thanks for your help though :)

Pajero long ranger fuel tank

A friend of mine has a NP 2003 petrol pajero with a 58 L long ranger tank in it.. when parked on a hill with the nose facing up fuel drains out... anyone else come across this???
its quiet annoying as he lives on a hill.....

yeah i was told that the bigger cooler would fix it, thats why i fitted one, but she still makes the same noises. Although i have mates where the cooler fixed their problem. maybe mine is just unique lol :x

GU power steering issues

Recently put 35's on my GU wagon.when running lowish tyre pressure and hard driving off road with front locker on power steering seems to get upset. thought it might be a oil temp issue so upgraded the cooler to a PWR oil cooler but hasnt seemed to change much. Is this normal?? Or any ideas to shut ...

yea am prepared to spend some dollars on this car as it cost me pretty much nothing. never had much to do with zooks but am slowly growing to llike it. but im building the zook for some fun and maybe to race it eventually. not interested in serious offroading in it as i have built a patrol for that ...

If you get an 802ci into a sierra i would love to shake your hand. mate of mine has a 540ci dragster and it wouldnt even fit between suzuki chassis rails? couldnt imagine the size of an 802 and the weight.

just bought a sierra for something to do thinking of ditching the 1.3ltr for something to make it go fast :lol: but dont want to spend a truck load on it. any ideas what motor would be best???

New V8 cruiser utes

Hey guys, im in need of a new work ute and im a bit lost as what to get. had a 75 series since new and has been an excellent truck to me. looked at patrols but dont want a 3 ltr. just wanted to know if anyone knows much or heard anything about the new v8 turbo diesel utes??
