They will fit as long as you have a minimum 2" lift in the rear as well.

You can still run patrol or landcruiser offset steel 15' rims on them, if you have alloy's you may need to do a little grinding on the callipers, nothing huge, just a tickle up. You can wind the torsions up no worries, the further you wind the harsher the ride but the better the clearance, also ...
