i was told to use 12'' shocks.
they arent a long shock for a hilux when your using shock hoops and hi steer.
there are heaps of blokes with 12's in lux's on the forums here

i dont really have a budget but dont want to be spending 2k on shock absorbers. i dont want coil overs,air shocks or the rest of them i just want standard shock absorbers with enough travel so as to not limit my suspension travel. should i wait till i get shock to weld my shock hoops on or do it ...
