On the 70s can i run 4 40inch boggers on each axle safely or do i need to go bigger.
Stuff the 70's go the MF Gearbox and rear axle. Heaps stronger and will definitely hold up to all the punishment the Rocsta can put out.

Don't touch the rear swaybar at all.
When offroad only, disconnect the Front swaybar (buy a kit from Wooders).

Check your vacuum hoses, if these are cracked or perished you will 'loose' the turbo on the Surfs. Sometimes the Engine just looses power, as there is a leak in the system, and no boost is being made.

Depends on the load applied and the 'Dynamic Forces' applied.
Ie how much force = weight of vehicle + resistance from long deep mud hole (lots).
Dynamic forces are harder to explain.
Imagine a 2 tonne vehicle bogged with another tonne of resistance built up in the mud using a 8000kg snatch strap ...

No it doesn't, it pushes the lower arm down, which gives the height and allows for more downward travel than stock.
IFS 'luxes have the torsion bar attached to the Upper control arm, not the lower like other makes.

Sure have, it's called Blow By. You can install an oil catch can in line from the rocker cover to the air intake to help prevent excessive consumption/smoke etc etc.
Just make sure that the inlet and outlet pipes on the catch can aren't restrictive (ie 16mm or smaller) as the crank case pressure on ...

The 2L-T (Surf) and 3L 4Runners have a steel tube that runs along the base of the radiator and up the passenger side to the bolt that holds the lower radiator shroud on. From there it's a long rubber bend back to the motor which clears the power steering by 3-4 inches.

I can email you the instructions & diagrahms on how to change the fuel volume, i've done this a few times now when I've setup turbos for mine & mates utes!

From memory you need to turn it clock wise until the smoke clears up under load.
