Does any one know whats happening with the Alpine this year, i've heard it's possibly off again but getting info from Paul V is like pulling teeth.

If it ain't broke don't try to fix it. Last year was excellent, you just need to re-fine what you had and get your guys up to speed on the rules especially whinching as there was some dangerous stuff going on last year.

Rumour is it's of as SORRA won't allow NPC to use thier grounds.

If people need an explanation of what seperates a buggy from a truck it's usually the ones trying to push the rules, i think theres only 1 solution thats obvious run CCDA rules for vehicle classing, the rules are very clear as to what you can and can't do to fit into a class push the rules and go ...

Mate try to get a Garmin 128 very east to use, you can still get these on ebay from time to time brand new even though they are out dated, still one of the best.

I also attended the last one held by Brian, it was a lot of fun and very easy for the begginers. Last time there were 2 cars that had never used a GPS before they arrived, by the end of the weekend they wee able to enter and find waypoints easily. So come along for practice if know how to use 1 and ...

With Mal's i believe he welds a new centre into the main gear rather than getting a new one made up and it's the weld that fails.

Looking at putting air spool on my winch only one i can find on the net is Wazza's flaming fab, i know Mal Leslie also does one but have seen a lot of these break at different events, any feedback would be great, also some contact details if available.

They say 5000k is pure white, once you higher they start going blue to purple. I run both 5000 & 6000 in my driving lights and think theyre fantastic and can,t see much difference.

Believe it or not Celia thats a low mount winch with some work done to the planetary gears,and twin motors, which is why Norm wasn't in Trophy class.

I can probably run class's on that style of driving as it's the second time i've done it, but as said last time i put it on it's roof, so i'm getting better.

Can't be any worse than the Thai's, they got there gps's in the quarry stages and started to learn how to use there last year.

Mate thats bad news Crazie, but on a lighter note if you look after him as good as you looked after us last year he's in good hands. Sorry we won't catch up mate but hope all work's out well for your dad.
