I like it. Although there has been a lot of work put into it its a very tried and trued design that has been around a very long time.
Now someone needs to make them for Cruisers and Patrols.

Check that the starter is not locked in the engaged position. If that failes loosen the bellhousing and then try and turn the engine over. You may not have aligned the converter into the pump properly when bolting up the auto. Seizing the pump in the auto.

Re: 24v-12v solution?
A direct (unswitched 12v) line for the memory (standby power) for the radio is what is needed. One of the wires on the radio should be marked as "memory","clock", or "standby power", this is what usually supplies the inbuilt clock they usually have. These usually only require a few milliamps (10 ...

I'm currently working in a truck(although it's more s piece of machinery) it has a 24v system but it has a 12v set up for lights etc. Prob is it was never built with the intention of having a radio(cd player) installed. It's had one fitted aftermarket. Prob is when the key is off the 12v shuts down ...

So if you take the upper arms out and the weight of the car off the diff, then try and roll the diff it will somehow compress the steel lower arms, shorten the wheelbase and also miraculously the diff move up aswell? Theres no way the diff can move up and down and defy gravity so "thats a lie" that ...

He does realise that the Prado is a soft roader as well right? And the Disco is defianatly more LPG friendly. The Prado V6 is not a real fan of LPG. Your going to buy a lot of Disco for 20K but you may get a decent stock Prado for that money. Repairs and Parts would be no more expensive on the Disco.

There is only one reason Snake Racing is currently cheaper than Locktup. Thats because Chris was taking business away from Ryan in a big way. Snake will only undercut Locktup untill they are gone and then you can all expect to pay 3x the US price on anything Snake sells. Plus shipping on top of that ...
