I've done this, I got spacers from marks adaptors, that doesn't work with original free wheeling hubs, I had a new circlip groove in 8mm toward the cv, didn't shorten the axle, no need, has been running fine for the last couple of years in a daily:)

Order direct, easy as, Terra is a delight to deal with, mine came across in about a week, If your running free wheeling hubs, you need to machine another snap ring groove in the stub axle.

Not sure if the injector pump is similar on the turbo to non turbo version. I had a similar problem with the injector pump on my mighty 1HZ. I replaced the throttle shaft o-ring and the top rubber gasket (got them at AG diesel in Melb) the only problem is the bloody shaft has to come out from the ...
