Re: Falcon alternator upgrade for Vitara G16A
That's what I was after. I got a plug and wiring harness today from pick and payless. Was $5 for the harness and bottom bolt. I removed the alternator mount today and drilled out the holes to accomodate the larger bolt. Tomorrow I have to grind a bit off the mount, about 2mm to fit the larger ...

Falcon alternator upgrade for Vitara G16A
It's been covered here before but I can't seem to find any information that doesn't lead to a dead link. I've picked up an alternator for an EF Falcon, the 110amp unit. I need to visit the wreckers to pick up the regulator plug to suit and also the charging wire and mounting bolts. Is there anything ...

Re: vitara lift and tyres Q & A
Have got the 30 and 15mm spacers in. Now I'm hunting down some 235/75/15 MTs to go on the stock wheels.
At this stage the Hercules Trail Digger's look like the ones. I'm happy with a cheap set as the car is only driven for 4WD trips with no commuting.
Do you know of any cheaper muddies?

Re: vitara lift and tyres Q & A
do know if they will be legal but the fit no problems. if you get pulled up for them chances are thats going to be the least of your problems I see. I have the same model as the OP, 1990 Vit SWB Soft top. I've bought coil spaces, 30mm rear and 15mm front. The car needs a pink slip and I was going ...

Will the 235/75/15 fit on the stock wheels legally?
