I'll agree.... that Modified TJM bar looks hot!

Not a fan of full comp barwork, but that is an awesome mix of both with the best headlight protection too!

Yeah any 34.5mm x 20mm Narva Switches fit perfect, the likes of:
#63010BL up to #63027BL

On page 3 of the Narva Switches listing here:
http://www.narva.com.au/Switches_11.html

I find it better not to file the corner out of the dash, switches are a lot firmer and stay in.

Don't know of any, but I used to work for Manheim Fowles here in Adelaide, some reasonable parts come up occasionally

Just beware, especially 4wd's - most of these have been moved by a forklift and the underbody may appear okay but could expect damaged tailshafts etc.

I currently have a 55Ah in the petrol model battery tray in my Maverick, my newish Engel will probably use approx. 20-25Ah/day in reasonable weather on fridge mode, and remembering you can't use the last 20% of battery power I can usually last 1.5-2 days in camp without starting the vehicle. I bought a little hand pump from an auto store here in Adelaide, screws into the neck of all your usual oil containers (castrol, shell bottles etc.. up to 4L) and has a hose off to your diff... even a clever little clip to hold the end of the hose in the filler point! Doesn't move or vibrate loose, is high pressure hose waterproof for when I'm washing the weekend mud off and gives great light output

There is a company that lists both types on ebay regularly at a reasonable price.

These Narva #68044 Change-Over Relay's usually go for ~$11 in places like Autobarn.

I'll see if I can chase down a suitable switch and pin outs to do the 3-way switch wiring as well.

In order to use 2 different power sources as per my diagram you would require a Double-Pole Double-Throw DPDT Switch
