92 Mav TB42 with 33's
After a recent play weekend my clutch engaging height has appeared to change all of a sudden (perhaps... never noticed it so much before!)
It's now only just engaging the clutch with my foot almost completely off the pedal where it even takes a lot to stall the engine with the brakes on.
The clutch isn't slipping at all yet, so is it just a case of adjusting the pedal to correct it? and is it a tell tale sign the clutch is on it's way out sometime soon?
Adjust it or worthwhile replacing now before dramas on a trip? Or something else?

mate id hate to tell you but the clutch is hydraulic which makes it auto adjusting. I had the same problem when i bought my car, and what this means in short is that its time for a new clutch.

So what I can see from previous posts on new clutches...
An Exedy Safari Tuff Clutch to suit a TD42 (NSK-6830ST) will fit straight up to what I have with the Petrol TB42 - correct?
I'll make sure the flywheel is machined and go a new rear main seal at the same time.

Edit: Ok just noticed while a Ford Maverick Petrol has no Safari Tuff Kit listed, the GQ Patrol Petrol has one as a NSK-6831ST...

I may have discovered half my problem on closer inspection today...
It appears there is oil leaking from the water drain plug on the bellhousing, I removed the little plug and none ran out but over the weekend I'll move the truck to level ground and then also check the gearbox fluid level and determine which is leaking.
I guess it's either the front seal from the engine or the rear main seal leaking transmission fluid, either way safe to say the clutch is now poo!
