Re: Current model dual cabs, your opinions?

Just got a bulletin from Toyota - Dual cab chassis LC79 will be available from August production, still no pricing at this stage. At the same time all GXL LC76, 79 and 78 body shapes will include factory diff locks as standard. I'd imagine there will be an associated price increase but hopefully it ...

Re: Gots me a new car!

The customer wanted Nav fitted to the car before delivery so we had our local electronics joint fit a new Garmin widescreen unit to the drivers A pillar, with hidden wiring etc. http://t2.gstatic.com/images?q=tbn:ANd9GcSdTG4hqSyzCo_aoYMnnTZnk48Qs_jxv8zXt9u4U9iRgLjPBBRnBvheNpiu Looks snazy. Re: Whats the best 07-11 Daily Driven/Touring/Mild Dual cab

The only thing that is "new" in an amarok is the body, transfer case and front diff set-up. As an all round package they are the best on offer at the moment. That motor has only been in the Transporter since March 2010, not exactly a long term proven performer in a commercial application. I 'ALMOST ...

Re: Link lengths,is this long enough?

I'm not going to say that in most cases for most people Black Pipe won't do the job. However in my experience the strength difference between this and CDS or CDW tube is massive. Using a Protools or JD bender pictured below you could really tell the difference between bending the 2 different types ...

 It definately has an oil leak.... What you copied in the report makes no mention of an oil leak though.

So I saw the Landcrusier from 1989. It loses a lot of oil somewhere at the cardan shaft (right word?) I made a picture with my mobile and will upload it later. Moreover I tried to read this report. I hope I copied it correctly. It says: N/S tie rod end has elay, als rear shak leaking, front + rear ...

I sell Landrovers (amongst other things) and if it's for a family car I would 100% say get the Prado. Better comfort, ride quality, safety, drivability etc etc etc. If it's for a bloke as his work truck or whatever I think the Defender but not for the role that he's after. If he's keen on coming for ...

I put it in my Surf most weeks and it's still a slow, smokey arsed piece of $hit. I don't really notice the price increase, I think it's 136.9 and above most weeks, diesel's expensive no matter where you go down here !!!
