Ive just mounted a 20L tank in the cargo area of the pootrol , they are made to withstand huge pressures(if you get the right sort) and i dont think 100psi of air would worry it. ;)

Just good old fasioned wynns or whatever brand engine oil flush , from just about every auto parts shop around.

BTW i did this with mine and it helped heaps , might do it again and leave it in a bit longer this time.

What i normally do when removing pinion flanges is to centre punch the shaft and nut in line with each other or use paint pen , liquid paper etc.
Then do it back up with a rattle gun untill its almost back to the marks , then use a breaker bar to get it exactly back to where it started from.

I searched my inlet manifold and didn't find one useable vacuum line (all had solenoids and crap connected to them). So just went straight for the intercooler pipes. On my old puslar it wasn't a problem had 100 hoses it could t peice into. Most diesels dont have throttle bodies so dont read vacuum ...

My mate put a 7 inch kit in his GU ages ago and had the same problems , turns out the panhard on the front was the wrong one or something and was flogging around on the mount (wrong size ball joint shaft maybe)
