I went and had a look at the build, it is going very well and happening surprisingly quickly. I took 2 photos, 1 is of the diffs that big_slart was going to use and the other is a spy pic of the car, he doesnt want to many photos of it posted so you dont get too many ideas. Trailer joint? 54mm shs with a 4mm wall will still only have an id of 46mm. 60mm will have an id of 52mm which would be pretty close. I wouldnt think a mm of clearance on each side of the hitch is too bad a thing? ahh yes, correct. well whatever the outside dimension as long as the inside is 50mm ...
