im doing the same 60springs in the rear of my40

i bought my 2nd springs from Turbo4t( pm him he has heaps of parts) for $60
as far as i know all i have to do is take out the load spring( smallest spring)and spring clamps....
then cut the old brakets off the chasis, weld the new brakets on( bigger ...

it was fukn colded there..... i was next to the fire and still couldnt feel my fingers.....

where is the filler hole for the oil on the transfer case.....pic would be good

i have the same set up in my40 t.c is std with marks adaptor kit..
iv had the seals replaced twice in the t.c(front and rear)and still leaks..gives me the shits.....no trouble with the t.c breaking...
had no trouble with the other std drive train either...
but im upgrading the t.c to one i can ...

there is a guy up the sunshine coast way. he supposed to be pretty good. will do custom designs for you and yr idea's. someone on this site will no doubt know his number. i think it's around 7 grand for everything replaced. no more tin worm ever!!!!!! lots lighter too..... he can get the stuff ...

Apologies more power...so use to the smart arse element...

The setup on my 40 ramps like crazy but my rear lets me down because of limited weight. Hence the drop shackles will offer a heap of droop for the rear.

Will be setting up a set of these on the rear of my 40 and testing them over the next few months for the show.

They will work well with most standard spring packs but on some leaf packs there may be a little resistance to flex due to binding at the opposite eye (fixed end of the leaf).

SOA and a thin leaf pack will give massive flex dude Remove a heap of leaves and put on a track bar. When i had my 45 i could get the front wheel a meter off the groungd befor the rear came off the ground, and the rear leaves wernt even that soft
