31's

you will have no probs with 31's as under the new rules they are only 2" bigger than the standard 29's..... but in saying that you are "ment" to get it engineered and in doing so he will just make note of the rim size on the papers.

yeah just did it too mine, its the bias valve..... Where it goes onto the bracket on the axel you just make a spacer up out of flat bar with the length of it the same length as the lift which spaces it back to the position its ment to be at.

.....well thats what i think it would be anyway. :)

And just i tip if you want to put stickers onto your paint at some stage a trick passed on from the old man is use normal car polish on the area and dont wipe the it off (leave the white dry stuff there) and put the sticker on. They will stay on but leaves a barrier over your paint. Many racing ...

Do it properly and spend the $130 and get a steering shaft extention it will do the job the right way, you wont need to lower your blocks (unless you want to) and when the engineer sees it at least he will see you are doing things correctly.
You dont wont to make it any harder for yourself :)

Re: Suspension Lift + Body Lift + Extended Shackels

There will be enough length in the brake lines, yes you will need to ajust the radiator, if you have a well back ute the fuel filler may not line up with the cap hole, you may need a steering shaft spacer... engineers like to see one. Ive got a 91 model used to have 35's with 4" body lift and just ...
