Hi Ratboy This job is not an easy one to be done at home you need to have access to the right pressing tools or the job will cost you heaps. The best bet is to head to your local Jeep mech and get them to do it, they should have all the right gear and the job would be done in half the time. Jamie

Lex also does a lift bracket from memory that lifts the standard mount up.
The only other thing to then look at is maybe sinking the tail lights. Easy job to do too.

I have wheeled with a few guy's that have this motor and they all seem happy with the performance.

D300's are hard to get here in AUS. You could try Hammonds or Jeeep City they may have somethig for you.

Hello mvanbasten9 Welcome to OL have you had the block flushed out as well. If you haven't there may well be a blockage inside of the water passage. Also try turning the heater on to see if that stops it boiling. If it does impove this will show that there is insuficent cooling capacity aval and ...

You could try a specialty hose shop like Harvey Hoses in Brisbane, I know they carry it.
