We have a couple of IFS bandits in our club (VicKrawlers) and they run 35's , both cars are twin locked with big lift and they are right at the front when it comes to doing all the gnarly sheit :armsup: . One of the Surfs has moded his IFS front to accept 37's without the usual inner guard lovin ...

just your gear stick will need extending. Goto Dandy Exhaust in Dandenong and Vinny does it for like $30

Evil 73's overall pricing is not bad. thats the sort of budget i wa thinking but anything above $5g will be out for me :-(

Any other thoughts for a little more power plus I'll be on dual fuel (either modding the stock V6, putting a holden supercharged V6, etc)

running 33's and having no problems. No regrets and had more cash to play with in the end.

I had a 2.4TD and had problems galor. Bought this about 8 months ago and enjoying it. This is the SR5 Limited V6 soon to be duel fuel. I have also recently changed my front bullbar to a steel winch bar.

Bugger me, just finished 2" body lift on 94 V6 4Runner this afternoon. Guess what? The steering has stiffened up and I was wondering exactly what the fix might be. Now I know. Biggest hassle was extending the bullbar mounts and rooting around with extending the gear stick and freeing up the low ...

Hi, just completed my 2" bodylift. Went really well and alot less time then i expected. Was wondering if anyone that has done a 2" bodylift on a 4runner (1993) V6, if they did anything towards the steering.......reason im asking is because its a little tighter then usual but im not too fussed. yes,

gear stick has to be extended 2" as well as brackets are needed to fit the radiator the 2"'s too.

My opinion......Bodylift, snokel (thats a must) and some good rubber and u'll be on your way.

want to just know if its worthwhile and if there any problems that occur down the track.

i have asked a fair few ppl so far and its sitting at 50/50.

keep in mind there Struth....ball joint spacers are illegal and unroadworthy in Melbourne.

If you don't want to use BJ spacers their are two other ways to raise it, Go 33's for tye size but you will need to do a body lift a well :armsup: SAS it :armsup: but that is not cheap. :bad-words: It is if you can get the welding/labour done by someone you know (or is willing to help out) ;) http ...

go a 1993 4runner and its got a 2" lift. I want to know the easiest and cheapest way to raise the front a little more. rear i have a few ideas. Torsion is all the way. I dont want to use ball joint spacers though because its not roadworthy and insurance wont cover the mod either. any ideas please ...

I will say Gen 2 because I have one and its easy and cheap for parts and not to hard to mod up.
