Manus you have swapped a hole diesel engine, i am pretty sure you can come up with an good idea for your winch mounting

im sure i will but why sort it out myselve when other people have done it before

hp went from 88 up to 101 at least thats what the books say
but it feels like a whole lot more

i love the turbo diesel engine shit load of extra power should have done it 7 years ago when i bought the car
before i just couldnt keep up with the other traffic when driving onroad but now i have to hold back or ill push the cars infront of me

next update been real busy putting the car together
we painted the axles red looks great (sorry no pics was to busy)
complete wiring harness out of the wrecker put into my rocky
(still no pics)
then complete rebuild for m.o.t. or as we call it apk
and yes its got a m.o.t on it now :armsup ...

axles have been painted but not placed yet because the oil seales werent deliverd yet so they have to wait till next saturday
engine is placed new brake and fuel lines are on it

well for the diffs were swapping the complete axles
and the heater that is no big issue as i have to take the entire dash out for swapping the electrics so at the same time heater excange is no problem

well we removed the engine of the tdi yesterday and i took some pics

well the gouvernment has a rule here
cars older then 25 years are streettax free my f85 is almost 26 years old
the f75 the tdi was build in 92 and cant get tax free annymore
tax for diesel car is 3 times that of a petrol car exxept for cars older then 25 years as they are tax free

i got a demolition salvidge rocky 2.8 tdi
so the salviged engin and tranny from that rocky is goeing into my f85

1 how much hp does the 2.8 tdi acctualy have

hi guys as i drive a daihatsu rocky with a 3y toyota engine im asking for youre help
im looking for a workshop manual for the 3y engine espessialy the carb section

looking for a manual of an f85 thats an 2 liter rocky espessialy the carb section

a mate off mine has a problem his tranny is completly scrap
a few weeks ago he heard some weird noise looked under the rocky and saw the transfercase leaking
he went to a garage they checked the oil in the gearbox and said to him it was fine
then he asked if the transfer and gear box where conected ...

no surprises just pull it apart no problem ive don it before

already installed in the rear axle works great

im looking for rocky lsd and the diffs are front and rear the same so should be no problem
a mate of mine has them in front and rear axle he refurbisched them himselve so shouldnt be a problem

as it seems most rocky's feroza's with lsd are sold in belgium
geuss im goeing to belgium too look for some of them

ok did some searching and found that it was an old site where i got the price of the simex still was in guldens so before the euro new price about 415 aus dollar or 250 euro

those tyres are pretty rare here only the guys who drive in competition have them so dont think they sell that good over here

yes each tyre 950 aus dollars there totally nuts over here

yes we have simex tyres here but they are verry expensive here they cost about 950 aus dolar here :cry:

the vitara has a 2 liter engin now the problem
injector stopped working at a crossroad changed injector for a brand new one but now the car doesnt start
fuel runs in to the injector but the injector doesnt dose the fuel in the carb
ive measured the electric circuit and it reads 7 volt
who can help me?

ok its not a feroza its a rocky with 2 inch suspensionlift coming up a 2 inch bodylift
and i was thinking something like 31/11/15 or 16 inch
